Lorenzo was born in Naples on June 4, 1991. He grows up in the academy of his hometown club, and he leaves his city to gain experience first at Cavese and then moving to Foggia, in Lega Pro, managed by Zeman. He follows the Bohemian coach also in Pescara in Serie B, where he is the protagonist of the promotion in the highest Italian division, with 18 goals and 14 assists. The following season he returns to “San Paolo”, taking the N.24 shirt and conquering the love of Napoli’s fans: he soon becomes a star, leading the ‘azzurri’ colours in Italy and in Europe.
