You can communicate with your care team, review test results, medications, immunizations history and other health information on MyChart. You can also schedule and manage your appointments, view and pay your medical bills as well as share your medical record with your family members or doctors.

You can now use Google Pay and Apple Pay to make payments in MyChart, use QR codes to share your COVID-19 vaccination and testing information, and access your COVID-19 information without logging in. These features might become available to you after your healthcare organization starts using the latest version of Epic.

How to sign up for a MyChart account?

To sign up for MyChart, you must be at least 18 years old.

1. On the MyChart login screen on the MyChart website or mobile app, click "Sign Up Now".

2. Fill out all information indicated as a required field and click Submit.

3. Create a username, password, and choose a security question.

4. Confirm your E-mail to receive notifications such as Test Results.

5. Click "Sign In" to be logged into your newly created account.
